Why? Because they aren't releavnt to the research in question.

I agree that we don't need to give it away and that competition for investment with other jusrisdictions is real. But I want to see unbiased research on these issues, and Mintz's mockery just doesn't cut it.

There is not a University Course out there that couldn't have a degree of influence. I am sure if they just donated to the U of C in general you would report the same. Not only was my comment meant to be ridiculous it also points out the naive points that question whether we receive a fair share. I don't know how much more obvious you need it to be. We don't need to give it away but we need to be competitive. Prices are not that bad and look at the deficit, but go ahead blame it on what you will.
